Crew manager at Moovme Inc - Los Angeles, California

Growing moving company from Los Angeles is looking to hire experienced Crew manager to group teams of movers according to the job schedule of the company, to control the moving process, to solve problems on-site. Experienced foremans who are willing to grow and earn more are very welcome.

Requirements for candidates:
Prior experience as foreman or crew manager in moving company;
Proficient communication skills;
Strong team management skills;
Punctual;
Positive attitude and problem solving skill;
Ability to drive 18 to 26ft box trucks.

Job responsibilities:
Group teams of movers, coordinate and control;
Drive box trucks to service when it’s needed;
One or two times a month get packing supplies;
Keep records, handle some paperwork;
Sometimes work as a foreman-driver (if an extra person is needed for move or it is your will).

Compensation:
$2500 a month after taxes + bonuses for extra job
Up to $27/hr + tips if work as foreman-driver
Gas compensation for personal car usage
